Mallory's therapeutic approach is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space through warmth, empowerment, education, and a healthy dose of humor. She views and values each client as unique and facilitates emotional healing through creative engagement for clients of all ages. She strives to help them utilize their strengths to identify and develop strategies to support their needs and goals. Mallory's work is strengths-based, client-centered, and trauma-informed in practice.

Mallory received her Master's degree in Social Work from Columbia University. Most recently, she worked at the Cambridge Eating Disorder Center, where she provided individual, family, and group therapy for clients living with eating disorders and co-occurring complexities, including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and trauma.

Mallory's main focus areas include eating disorders, LGBTQIA+ affirming therapy, life transitions, anxiety, depression, and PTSD.
