Originally from New Jersey, Elizabeth graduated with a B.A. in Psychology from Holy Family University in May of 2020 where she was also a student-athlete. She obtained her M.A. in Mental Health Counseling from Boston College in May of 2022.

Elizabeth has worked with children, adolescents and young adults in both a school and outpatient setting. She has helped individuals in a wide range of areas which include, but are not limited to, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, body image, stress management, grief, anger management, navigating relationships and transitional life periods.

Elizabeth is passionate about tailoring treatment to your needs by utilizing various treatment modalities and always being an outlet where you can feel supported. Her approach is collaborative, empowering, strengths-based and motivational.

In her off time, Elizabeth enjoys reading, running, watching sports and exploring Boston!
