Dr. Hamoda is an international award winning clinician, researcher and educator and is currently an Assistant Professor at Harvard Medical School. He is a Diplomat of the American Board of Psychiatry & Neurology in both General Adult Psychiatry and Child & Adolescent Psychiatry and is board certified in Public Health. Dr. Hamoda also serves as a Vice President of the International Association for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Allied Professions (IACAPAP) and has lectured in more than 20 countries around the world. 

 

He completed his Psychiatry training at the Harvard South Shore Program followed by a Fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Boston Children’s Hospital/ Harvard Medical School. He also holds a master-degree in Public Health from the Harvard School of Public Health.

He has over 30 publications and poster presentations and his  accomplishments have been recognized through awards from Boston Children’s Hospital, Harvard Medical School and several national and international organizations including the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, the American Psychiatric Association, the Group for Advancement of Psychiatry and the International Association for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Allied Professions.
