Ilana has a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from Marist University from which she graduated in May of 2020. She obtained her MSW from Regis College in May of 2025 and is working to obtain her LCSW. Ilana began working with NBH in July of 2025. 

 

Ilana has worked with children and adolescents for years. She has a background in the criminal justice system as well as working in private practice.

In her off time, Ilana enjoys reading, crime shows, and spending time with her dog and family.
