David Vega is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Massachusetts. David has received his Bachelor’s degree in psychology from Boston University before going on to receive his Master’s degree in mental health counseling from Boston College.

Following graduate school, David has worked in community and private outpatient therapy settings. David has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults from various backgrounds through individual outpatient therapy. He has experience working with a range of issues with clients including anxiety, ADHD, trauma, depression, and life transitions.

David believes that a strong therapeutic relationship is key to fostering growth and change through therapy. David is here to help empower clients to address the full range of life’s challenges, while also providing a safe space for clients to express themselves and feel heard.
