Sarah earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from The Pennsylvania State University in May 2021. She went on to earn her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Merrimack College in August 2026.

As part of her professional development, Sarah has completed continuing education through Massachusetts General Hospital’s Psychiatry Academy, including specialized courses in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for Perinatal and Postpartum Mental Health.

Outside of her professional work, Sarah enjoys attending Pilates and yoga classes, spending time with friends and family, and finding time for self-care and mindfulness.

Sarah will be seeing patients under the supervision of Taryn Reynolds, LMHC.
