If you have an OUT-OF-NETWORK insurance plan, you will be required to pay at the time of service. We will provide you with a receipt of payment to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Dr. Hamoda (Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist) is ONLY contracted with Blue Cross Blue Shield and Blue Benefit Administrators.

Insurance Update 1/1/23: NBH will no longer be accepting NEW patients with insurance plans under Carelon (WellSense, Fallon, and UniCare). If you are a current patient or on our waitlist (have submitted an intake form) as of 1/1/23, we will pair you with one our our therapists still credentialed with these plans.
