Lucie received her Masters of Science of Counseling Psychology at Northeastern University in May of 2024.

Lucie supports college students, young adults, and adolescents who feel frustrated, exhausted, or stuck due to self-blame, self-doubt, or ambivalence around eating disorders, including ARFID (Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder), self-harm, anxiety, and challenges with executive functioning and neurodivergence. Many clients feel overwhelmed by life transitions, perfectionism, and the push-and-pull of daily responsibilities. Therapy is a space to honor your experiences, explore protective patterns, and take steady, values-based steps toward living more authentically and feeling more connected to yourself.

Lucie integrates ACT, cognitive, and relational therapy to deepen insight and translate awareness into practical, meaningful action from a trauma-informed perspective. In session, clients will slow down to notice the thoughts, emotions, and urges that are driving patterns. She offers compassionate, honest, and individualized feedback to support long-term goals.

Additionally, she is the author of The Jots of Becoming, which she published giving insights into Eating Disorder recovery. 

 

In her off time, she enjoys spending time with her dog, listening to Taylor Swift, and reading.

Lucie will be seeing patients under the supervision of Taryn Reynolds, LMHC.
