Masoumeh is a graduate student in the Master of Social Work from the Graduate College of Social Work (GCSW) at the University of Houston. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from the School of Social Science, equivalent to the Canadian Bachelor of Arts in Social Work
(CASW).
Masoumeh has had experiences working with children and families in social community centers such as Communities United, Inc. Masoumeh works with students in the Intensive Learning Program (ILP), especially with students diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) at public schools. During her work, she focuses on developing individualized
behavior plans to address challenging behaviors while fostering functional skills and positive outcomes.
Masoumeh's extensive practical involvement with children and families positions her as an asset to Norwood Behavioral Health, where her expertise promises to contribute significantly to the organization's overarching objective of nurturing each client's mental health and well-being.
